Felecia Winters Expands into Hikenk

A glorious day for the Federation and The RFoV, as Felecia Winters has expanded into the Hikenk system. Hikenk has become a control system for Winters, meaning that systems within the sphere of influence of Hikenk will now get a +100% Production & Consumption for food & basic medicine and a +20% increase in Security. A statement from Vice President Hank Sweeney said that “he is happy that the Federation has invested and expanded in the region and hopes that this can bring more prosperity for The RFoV.”

Systems that fall under RFoV Local government and Winters control include Hikenk, Voltrigones, HIP 71050, HIP 69796 & HIP 69982. The future looks bright for The RFoV and the pilots who fly for the organisation.
